Rank our remaining games from toughest to softest

Just curious as to everyone's take.

1. Dallas = destroyed

They have their back to the wall and have nothing to lose. It's do or die for Romo who is usually pretty clutch for November/December. Dez is back and healthy as well. They still don't look elite by any means though, at least not on Sunday.

2. Saints

Most will disagree with me here and I might be wrong, but Payton seemed to have the system in place to dink and dunk us last time with their BACKUP QB. Brees is obviously even better. The defense can't get any worse than it has been for the Saints the last few weeks (or can it?). Hopefully the coaches can look at game tape from last time and adjust.

3. Giants

Not a rollover team, but not worldbeaters. JPP is back, but is he doing much? Eli is Eli.

4. TB

Jamies is looking much improved, but they are coming to OUR house. The team has finally looked like they have developed some chemistry with one another, but it is still a brand new team as far as leadership.

5. ATL (their house)

6. ATL (our house)

Again, some won't agree, but ATL should be our easiest matchup yet. They have Julio, which Norman will erase and that is about it. Matt can throw for 6 picks and they'll still have him in there slinging the ball around like a drunk Brett Favre.

What are your thoughts?

1. Cowboys - Because they are good with Romo but mostly the refs will NOT want us to win this, especially it being on Thanksgiving.

2. Giants - They seem to sometimes have our number out of nowhere.  You never know what Eli you get, he could throw 4 td's or 4 ints.

3. Falcons both times, just because, division rivalry and how it always goes.

4. Saints - Dude that defense... or lack of

5. TB - Not as bad as people think though.

    • So this has been one of my biggest concerns with Canales and it's the downside of having some young offensive guy who doesn't have full staff control. like what is the org chart for this decision?  With canales, who does he know or has worked with that he can tap? He hasn't been in Seattle in 2 seasons and all those guys are gone anyway. He wasn't even that high up on the org chart in Seattle so it's unclear who he would have regularly interacted with. QB coaches generally aren't going to be in the split squad meetings, at least not regularly. Just glancing at the coaching staff, Clint Hurt jumps out. He was DC in 2022 and is currently the dline coach in Philadelphia, but that team is the brainchild of roseman and i'd be very hesitant to bring in someone who was allowed to walk from seattle and would be having a SUBSTANTIAL decline in talent here in Carolina. With Tampa, that defense is a shambles and fans want Bowles out. It's a very top heavy coaching staff too; Bowles is very involved so there isn't some bright up and comer, from what Bucs fans elsewhere have said. Someone from the Bills maybe? Morgan was last there in 2020. Who could he call? No one established is going to take that position for a few reasons. There very little talent on that side of the ball, so you're not getting the rockstar mercenaries to come here. They're probably going to struggle to bring in some hot up and comer, since anyone with ambition is going to see how Tepper handled evero's request to interview for other positions and not want to deal with that. That's a problem the team has created on its own and I don't know how to fix it until they have someone leave for a promotion, which is going to be difficult with how dogshit this franchise is. And then, any agent is going to tell their client that the Panthers let the whole defense eat poo heading into 2023 just to "give bryce weapons." they let two starters walk and traded away a third. who would want to come in to this? how are you going to build/retain talent? There's only a few logical possibilities from my perspective 1. Someone out of nowhere who just crushes their interview 2. Someone from a good defense promoted WAY earlier than they should be and you just hope for the best 3. Extend Evero. I know a lot of people hate this but I think it's going to be the best option. This is the problem with Canales as coach. I don't want to go into what I think about the offense in this post, today or as it projects, but it's just not going to be easy for him to assemble a staff, if he even has the power to do so. For all we know Morgan is handling all defensive positions and hires. unclear org charts are a hallmark sign of a poorly run organization. I dunno. i think it's lowkey the biggest problem on the team, even moreso than the QB position.

    • Yup. Why pass when you can get 5.1 ypc, worst in the league and with the most attempts against, and are typically playing with a lead.
