Seriously though, his timing when he threw flags along with the incomplete call on an obvious TD were very suspect.

Well Tony Steratore is the Back Judge, Jerom Boger is the Referee. 

Panthers fans have always given Boger a hard time since he threw the flag on Cam vs. the Raiders. Boger might be a little incompetent at times as a ref but I get the feeling he actually likes Cam. He's never come across as a hater like some of the other refs.
