Defense won this game for us

Allowed 14 yards rushing and less than 200 yards total.  Got 5 sacks,4 fumbles and an interception.  3rd down percentage was 22%.  If our defense plays like this nobody beats us.  Dominating defense with this offense is scary good.

Honestly i think we played a complete game on both sides of the ball. Yeah that long td pass and kickoff returned sucked. You aren't going to lose too many games throwing 5 td passes and getting a couple of field goals.

The defense played great and will continue to play great, but the stats were especially good because the redskins simply didn't want to play today.

Hard to argue I mean you give any offense 5 turnovers a few in the redzone....hard to get beat when your defense gets 5 sacks and 5 turnovers...just nasty.

Now our offense finished em off with TDs instead of FGs so it was definitely a complete game except STs....still haven't played a total game but today was damn close to it.

I love watching the opposing teams get lippy with us in the early part of the games and by the time the 4th rolls around they dont even want to be on the feild.

Think Jones deserves a shoutout, he got beat badly on that TD but he bounced back really well, noticed him all over the field on a number of plays, credit to him for not letting that play have an effect on him

Agree.  After that first touchdown he gave up, i was watching him closely and he played very well from then on.

Both offense and defense were dominant today.  Easily the best overall performance of the year.

The biggest thing I find impressive about this team is the past two games they have not allowed a team in the red zone. We always improve 2nd part of the season. We are playing our best now. Cam is in rhythm, defense in sink, drop passses no longer. Fun Fun playing how we thought he could. Stew running like he has a purpose. Its amazing to see and we have waited a long time for this.

We are playing really good. We keep playing like this, fug it. 16-0. There is not a team left on our schedule that can hang with the Panthers if they keep playing the way they have lately. This is some epic, historic poo going down. I love it.

Why does it always have to be one or the other? The TEAM won this game for us. Solid on ALL phases of the game depsite that long kickoff return TD.

Was listening to Eugene Robinson and he mentioned that people will credit the defense for the win but the offense kept us in the first half when special teams and the defense made mistakes. If we had gotten behind by 14 points it would have been a whole different game. Just like when their pick 6 got taken away. Sure the defense was great but our offense kept scoring points and forced them to be onedimensional which played into our hands.
