Special Teams!!!

2 punt returns for Touchdowns in the last two games. Danny Crossman flew under the radar last year with the help of Mark Jones and Rhys Lloyd. Not a good start to the season for Danny Boy's crew.

that returned punt should have been brought back due to a HUUUGE block in the back.. As obvious as any ever called in the past.

That opened up the long return we all had the pleasure to witness...

Indeed. This whole team is in disarray right now. The defense is the only thing that gets a passing grade today, and ill give them about a C+.

That still doesnt mean that the other 10 guys shouldnt have tackled him. He didnt even get touched.

Even so, the fact the not one ref saw it, just boggles the mind.

What really pissed me off was the moronic commentators circling it on the screen and saying what a great example of blocking it was

Brentson Buckner made a good point about the horrible special teams play we've had over the past several years. With so much money tied up into our elite players, we can't afford to pay our second and third-stringers anything, so we get stuck with absolute scrubs that have to play on special teams.

Crossman should have been fired (or better yet, never hired) years ago. With the exception of John Kasay who was good long before Crossman came along, special teams have sucked so hard since Scott O'Brien left. But, as with everything else, Fox refuses to see that it just isn't working.

I don't have the replay in front of me, so anyone who does, a play by play might help give some perspective..

correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure that block in the back opened a lot of holes where are guys couldn't close fast enough.
