after the season we're gonna have a talk about how to use charcoal to slow smoke pork and other meats.  If you know what you're doing it's just too easy to make excellent q.

 

But that won't be today.  It's a cold, rainy day here in the Sun Fun City.  I foresee some comfort food in my future, possibly lasagna.

wasn't referring to you.  Your technique is similar to the Minion Method.  BTW, I got 6th in my first comp, and 2 firsts in my second.

Keeping it simple.  Hot dogs on the grill, chips and beer.  Oh and some warm Winter Jack with warm apple cider on the walk to the stadium.
