Yeah.. I first went to my in-laws for brunch and gave them a Christmas card that let them know. They were very happy. When I was telling them everything with the interview process and sample project I had to work up and how it blew the company away- my mother-in-law was tearing up.

Then we went to my family's for dinner. My mom had been worrying ever since I let her know I got let go- you know how moms are. She was quiet the entire time and just would ask how I was doing, how the interviews were going but not pushing too much. When I gave her Her Christmas card she flipped and was crying and hugging and more crying, lol. It was too uncomfortable for me but it DEF was the right move to wait til Christmas to tell everyone.

My niece's Bday is tomorrow and I will see my pops. I don't think he has seen my FB post yet updating all my friends and fam. So I will surprise him tomorrow too. Great weekend!
