I'm so sick and fuggin tired people always bringing up his completion % with zero context behind it. How many of those are intentional throwaways because WR's can't create space? How many of those are tips at the line? How many of those are drops? How many of those actually bad passes? How many of those are deep field shots?

Turn on a fuggin game and you will see Cam throw straight fuggin dimes. Does he miss players here and there? Sure, but what QB in the NFL doesn't? People just don't understand that Cam LOVES to throw the deep ball, which contributes to his low completion %, but also contributes to us top 5 in big plays. I guess Cam could be like checkdown Teddy and just throw 5 yard checkdowns to boost his completion % so he can be labeled "accurate". Also, Dalton can't even beat the fuggin Texans with ALL those weapons.

Again yet another example of a buffoon who only looks at the box score instead of watching the games. Our recievers have over 20 drops on the year. Ted Ginn is our #1 and Philly Brown our #2. But if Aaron Rodgers or Andy Dalton had this cast they'd still be at 60+% completion? Hell no, wtf is wrong with these people?

Hell just google the man he obviously A. doesn't know a damn thing he is talking about & B. Really doesn't know what he is talking about when it comes to Cam & Co because he obviously isn't watching poo and just stat sheet scouting.

He needs to take a look at the record of some of the QB's with the highest completion percentages.  Theres' more to being a great QB than being able to check down the whole game.

Wasnt there an article just recently that showed how terrible completion % was as a metric of success?

It said the top 4 completion % QBs have a combined record of 10-18.

#1 Tyrod Taylor at over 70%

Then guys like Brees, Mariota and Brian Hoyer.

Wish I could find it so I could source it.  Best I could do from memory.
