Or race/ethnicity. It applies to anything that you can generalize. Job title, hair color, tattoos/no tattoos, piercings, the way someone dresses, what type of music someone likes, etc.

Again you seem to be the one confused. Racism is not totally different from prejudice it is one form of prejudice. Racism is defined as prejudice toward one or a group of people based on their race. It is defined as a belief that one race is either superior or inferior to another. For example saying in general white people are racist is in fact being racist. Saying black people are better athletes than white people is racist. Saying Asian people are smarter than white people is racist. Racism is prejudice wheras all prejudice is not racist.

So are all people somewhat racist?Yes because we all have attitudes about other races or people that may not be true. You confuse racism with people spewing hate language and they aren't the same. Racism can take all forms and can be mild or severe. Before you argue look up the definition so then we will both know what it means. I of all people already do.
