Pick one of 2 responses to those impressive numbers he has for his career, I don't care which you choose because at this point he is done. One to many wobbly performances, its in his head, he has a weak arm, time to move on and stop the bleeding.

1) Fluke or "Exception to the rule" if you prefer, bailed out many many times by Steve Smith, in fact he owes Smith some of that $20 Million Guaranteed Hurney paid him. and Hurney should be fired, ASAP

2) He needs OLine protection, so if only we can stop a blitz and give him time! all will be well again. He's a servicable QB with proper protection!

Well if we stick with the QBs we have now, I suppose its best to see if Moore can get better rather than knowing Delhomme will certainly suck. Otherwise, Hurney needs to work out some kind of trade or sign a FA that is better than what we already have.

This was the worst performance by our offensive line in a long ass time. That said Delhomme still sucked today. He totally missed Barnidge wide ass open in 1st qtr and both of those picks intended for Smith were his fault. But what upset me the most was that we didn't try anything different we tried to run the same crap and hoped it would work. We ran what,1 screen pass? Even though they blitzed the poo out of us. How many times did we go no huddle in the first half? I thought Goodson was seeing slot time?

You know I put alot of the blame on the offensive line today but Delhomme did the same poo he always does and he looked scared out there. Thank god for Williams otherwise we would have been shut out. At least our backs are so good that they could rack up 70 or so yards despite out o-lines piss poor performance.

I am honestly baffled by our o-line today, everyone was healthy and they still got fuging owned. The only thing I can think of despite them completely sucking ass were the 3-4 looks that the eagles D were giving because I know that has confused us in the past.

After watching that debacle all i can is.....WOW!! I felt so giddy after we went up 7-0 and all of a sudden we fell apart. It felt like I was watching a replay of our playoff loss to the Cards last season. I expected our D to be main reason why The Panthers lost but I was wrong. Our D actually played pretty good today and it sucks that Chris Harris couldn't play in the gm. Jake's fumble and Desaun Jackson's TD from a PR changed the whole gm. I still can't believe the refs missed the push in the back by The Eagles when it was so blatant.

I used to love Jake, hell I even have his poster on my wall but he's done as a starting QB in the NFL. Someone mentioned that his Tommy John surgery could be why he's struggling and I agree. Jake no longer has that moxie or swagger he used to have in the past. It's sad to see him go out like this but he isn't getting any younger and is getting less accurate. It is time for the Matt Moore era to begin.

McCown is trash too. The only quarterback on our roster worthy of starting is Moore, but of course he won't, because Fox is an idiot and Moore isn't a veteran.

Can't have repeat performances like this the next two games, otherwise, we might see a change in QB after the bye week.

Then again, if the pass protection continues like this, we might not have any QB's by the bye week.

I was at the game. abysmal.

I just watched NBC and their commentary is correct.

Delhomme did not do his reads...not at all.

..and as after they did the fox/delhomme spot on the post game news conference, when Jake said, 'whatever happens, happens, the NBC, former player, can't remember his name said, 'listen to what he is saying, Dude YOU are what happened.
