Think about the number of close calls we have had just to get to 8-0. We have to go 8-0 again. All I'm saying is the chance is there.  This team has the talent and all the pieces.  Will we?  Almost certainly not.  But the fact that it's even being talked about is a huge change from all the Panthers teams in the past.

They had the Packers at #2 last week (IIRC). So shouldn't the Panthers surpass them  now?

While I certainly want to win every game we play I am not concerned with undefeated. Can you imagine the whining here about how much the staff sucks or some player sucks or who knows what if and when we lose our first game?

Packers fell to #4. Bengals moved up to #2, we're #3.
