Seriously I also hope Cam stood up to the big cat because I'm sure they had a talk...I hope Cam was like look Mr. Richardson I love you and respect you and what you've done here but we cannot allow bs like that and I will continue to tear down banners until you trade me, cut me, or ban those banners outright.

Imagine how crushed Cam would be if they came out and were like "yea other fans can now bring in signs with impunity, Cam shouldn't have done that".

Honestly I thought Rivera should have been more staunch in his defense of Cam...reminds me of how Smitty said Rivera was kind of a coward in regards to his release...

I agree with you about Rivera. He needs to stop acting so scared and stand behind his franchise quarterback.

Slightly off topic but there was a packers fan a few rows down from me who stood up the whole game and a panthers fan asked him to sit down and he said to her that he wouldn't be sitting down all game.

She called security who made him sit.  Honestly, I was a little embarrassed for us then but I was in the club sections yesterday so not surprised.  I will be glad to go back home to the 500 sections next game.  I got free tickets from work this week so what can you do.

I hope they print one just like it for $100 and tell him he can pick it up at the stadium.  That way he has to drive all the way from Fayetteville to get his sh@tty banner.

I don't have a problem with them replacing the banner since it should have been confiscated not destroyed, and I also don't mind the org clarifying the rules to make sure stuff like this never makes it in the stadium. 

Some Panthers employee let this in the building. Cam should have never been put in this position. Updated policies should prevent the need for this in the future.

Well, this is over reaction Monday.  I wouldn't be surprised if after this and the protest on Monday night, they just stop all banners period.

The company in Fayetteville should never have printed that banner.  Bring that order into my establishment and I would have told him to go fug himself. I hope the nfl sues him for unlawful use of a team logo. I'm sure he didn't have the nfls consent to use the packers logo. That should be the panthers gift to him. Serve him with a law suit since he's being petty, so Tom petty.

Sounds like from the interview that all banners are going to banned. Just make it simple and clear. None are allowed and any brought in will be confiscated and destroyed.

They are reviewing the policy to see if they will let in ANY banners supporting opposing teams, hung on a surface or not.
