The one play Shula needs to throw away, burn, shred, destroy, forget....

That along with the play that led to the INT at the end, no way you should be throwing in that situation, especially to the sidelines

I was fine with a pass, but absolutely not with THAT pass and play in general.

I first thought something happened to Cam until I saw him up top.

This is a perfect example of a play if don't work is stupid but if works is brilliant.  But like VT said above, gives defense something else to worry about.

I don't agree with that.  We really needed first downs more than anything in that situation.  And to get first downs, we were going to have to throw the ball because Green Bay was concentrating on stopping the run.   And they were stopping the run.  There was to much time left to be overly concerned with running out the clock.  If we picked up a couple of first downs, got it to the two minute warning, then we could switch to running only.

I agree with you about the specific pass, although I think that is more on the qb than the OC.  Got to ensure we complete it inbounds.

Cam nearly caught a TD pass from none other than Leggapoo Nanee early in his career vs. the bucs (i think)

Either way I don't mind the play. If the game is tied or were down then yes- but you should take risks when you are wining. A trick play when you are in scoring range beats the hell out of running for negative yards up the middle

What pissed me off about that play is you're a QB, you should have the instinct to throw it away instead of taking the loss on that play, esp since you were out of the pocket.

If it was a called run play, then OL are likely to be downfield and "throwing it away" would result in a 5-yard penalty.

The "Webb-cat".

what the fug was that?

On the contrary, run it at least once a week from here on out, and only allow him to run the ball.

Then run it again in the Super Bowl and allow him to throw it to Funchess for the W
