I like the killer instinct rather than obviously running 3 plays in a row and punting.  They were anticipating run like they had done the entire game where we were beating them. The pass was bad, that's on Cam. The play wasn't bad, but I do agree something to the sidelines was no bueno at that time.

I was actually hoping for that very thing.  I mean, EVERYONE knew it was gonna be a run with Webb there.  Shoulda shocked everyone and had him fake a wildcat run sweep and then throw it (preferably to Cam).

Isn't it time you consider changing that Peppers90 handle?  Bitch90 seems more indicative of the player formerly known as Julius Peppers.  Just saying......

Exactly.  that was bad throw by cam, but he shouldn't of had the option to throw to the sideline to begin with

I thought it was funny, and I saw it before the replay. I told my wife it was a dick move, but still laughed. I guess I am not quite as sensitive as most are here, but too lazy and apathetic to change the name.

they new it was man coverage and that was a timing route, just a good play by the defender. but going to the sideline was not smart.

Call me crazy but the play could work. We have two receivers (Ginn and Brown) who are very capable in reverses, Webb can throw the ball or catch it, and Cam can actually catch passes as well. The problem is not the idea, it's where he called it. That's a play you call at the 5 yard line to confuse the defense, not one you start a drive with.

It's happened seven times since the merger. Last was in 2005 with LaDainian Tomlinson.
