Your wishlist for the draft

I'm sure we're going to get a couple comp picks, and I could see Gettleman using them to move up with other picks for value guys similar to last year

My mock for right now:

1st: Carl Nassib- awesome pass rusher who just starting to realize his potential.

2nd:  Hunter Henry- value pick, good Balanced TE.  Good big pass catching TE but not super athlete like a Ebron etc that's going to shoot him up to the first round range.  Henry is also a excellent blocker and a key guy in that good Arkansas run attack.  Pairing him with Greg in Double TE sets would be a mismatch nightmare.

3rd:. Pharoh Cooper- explosive slot WR who would go nice between KB and Funch.  Better hands than Ginn and can return kicks.  May be Ginn's replacement.

4th: CJ Procise- value pick

If Cravens will truly be a safety at the next level, then I'd like him big time. If not, Jeremy Cash is a lanky, yet physical safety that I think would look good beside Coleman to seal up the backend.

For me, LT and SS are my 2 biggest areas of concern.  After that, DE, NB and a slot WR.

I'm curious to see what DG does in free agency with the most cash he's had to date, so I'm sure he will wisely fill a few needs via FA, which allows us yet again to go BPA.  We truly are set up for a dynasty run capwise, and rosterwise with the age vs. talent that we have in the fold already.

A very early 3-round mock for the Panthers:

Round 1: Derrick Henry, RB, Alabama
Big, strong, explosive back. Great in blitz pickup. Would be a great replacement for Stew.

Round 2: Jayron Kearse, SS, Clemson
6'4", 220 lb safety with freak-like speed, explosive hitting and ability to play in man coverage. Everything you want in a safety.

Round 3: Braxton Miller, WR, Ohio State
Supreme athlete with big-play ability. Would instantly impact return game.

1. Alabama RB's don't fare well in the NFL. Henry's production is the result of sheer quantity, not quality.

2. I'm not a fan of taking Miller in the first 3 rounds considering he has one year of WR experience and did not really do all that much this year besides from a few eye-popping plays.

This might be a pretty boring draft for anyone looking out for new offensive jewels. DE is a serious need, along with CB .

We won't take another late round running back since CAP (at 23 yrs old) has done well showing some serious promise and Stewart isn't old just yet. Since he's 28 he should at least have a good 2 years left baring serious injury. Hell if he's like deangelo he'll be good for another 4 years.

We got Kelvin (at 24 yrs old) coming back most likely eager to show promise after having to sit out on this amazing season. Philly Brown has done well (at 24 yrs old) and Funchess has shown some flashes (21 years old) but is still a bit of an unknown heading into next season . We'll need to replace Ginn soon and there is an obvious serious lack of a real #2 receiver on our team, this season has also shown we need another high profile WR in case one gets injured. I think we'd most certainly hugely benefit from drafting a speedy #2 wide receiver but don't think its going to happen in the draft.

First round guys.  Really need another DE badly.

Emmanual Ogbah

http://www.nfl.com/draft/2016/profiles/emmanuel-ogbah?id=2555278

Carl Nassib-

Kevin Dodd-

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2nd round-

(A):  Hunter Henry- this kid is going to be a stud star but sone have him dropping into the 2nd for right now. He does, would love to see Gettleman pull a Funch trade and go grab him. VERY good blocker.  Catches everything that hits his hands.

http://www.nfl.com/draft/2016/profiles/hunter-henry?id=2555341

(B) Kendall Fuller- Have seen his name dropping down the board.  Some scouts have him dropping after starting the year off poorly then going down with his injury.  He drops, would try hard to jump up and Grab him.

( C ) DT- this draft is Loaded at the DT spot. Could very easily see a first round DT sitting there at our spot in the 2nd round.  Adding a guy like Rankins, Austin Johnson, etc to add to our depth and keep our DT''s fresh would be massive (especially Star who has always been said his biggest weakness is getting worn down and tired from being on the field to much)

(D) Jalen Mills- the perfect slot corner to put between Norman and Bene

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3rd round- look for a fast shifty WR with half decent hands to put in the slot between KB and Funch

Pharoh Cooper-

Will Fuller-

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4th

(A) CJ Prosise- want this kid bad in the 4th.  First year playing RB this season, and he looked Real good (came in as a WR and was a special teams ace prior to this season).  Kid has great vision and balance along with good size/speed combo

(B) Spencer Drango- several people had him a border line 1st OT  had he came out last year.  Most people are saying he's a better fit at Guard after his injury.  Kid could provide Solid depth at both OT and OG.
