NFL refs botch another late-game call during 'Monday Night Football'

On my TV, it was clear the ball made contact with the ground, which aided in the catch. By their rules, that is not a catch.  I know alot of people associated with the NFL are being careful not to raise the wrath of the NFL, but this crap of what is, and isn't a catch is absolutely ruining the game. There isn't a ref out there that can confidently expain what is, and what isn't a catch. They are scared to have an.opinion on it, so they stand by their bad calls. 

 

 

I was at the game. I definitely don't think it was a catch I just didn't think there was enough evidence to overturn when I saw the replay at the time. You see the ball come up like it hit the ground(because it did), but you never actually see the ball hit the ground so it's not actually 100% conclusive which is the requirement for overturning a call unless there was another angle I didn't see.

The clock stopping play was as clear as day and literally two feet in front of the ref and that really pissed me off.
