That's what you're going to get with Ted Ginn. He's going to drop some balls, but he's gonna torch some people too. To come back and throw to him and let him make plays says a lot about Cam's confidence in him and the coaching staffs.

Thanks for posting that list of receivers and drops.  It's actually an improvement for Ted Ginn.  Earlier in the season he ranked as the worst receiver in the league for drop %.

This! Philly has caught everything near him. I loved how he is high pointing the ball and just attacking it. He is still young and growing but he does have potential to grow even more. 

As for Ginn, he dropped it. It could have factored into us losing, but good teams find ways to win and not let drops or turnovers get them down. After the drop he came back and made a huge catch on a slant to get us in position for a FG.

Show a little class, and give the guy credit. Yes he does need to do this more consistently, but he showed up when we needed him.

Philly has always made big plays even since last year. he's always shown flashes why is everyone surprised? the fact that most of you wanted him cut after preseason drops sums up our fan base and it's knee-jerk reactionary tendencies.

eh.  I think with Philly you gotta accept what he really is.  Like Ginn.  Both are capable of having very solid outings....but every couple of weeks they will remind you that asking them to be starters is pushing it.

Anyway, I am glad that Philly did his job. It has been too far and in between, but thank goodness that he showed up against (what was coming into the weekend) the 32nd ranked defense in the NFL (now the 29th [28th]). If you want to crown his ass, then crown him (and crown Ginn and the rest of them while you're at it). He did his job. Hooray! 

The only Moore that I would be excited about is Herman Moore, because that would have actually been Guiness Book Of World Records material.

So, find me a quote where I said Brown wouldn't make the final roster...?  No, I suggested that he may not make the roster, and said that if he was our starter that we would be in trouble. 

If you think I am bitter, then you just don't know me like you think you do. I could give a rat's poo about bitterness. I haven't crapped on Brown, I said that he needs to be more consistent, and that he is what I thought he is. It's as simple as that. He absolutely needs to raise his level of play---as all of our receivers do---if we are going to have anything more than a good season. I think you're stretching that one a little thin there man. You "suggested" that he "may not make the roster". But you didn't actually say that? Okay.

You talk about me having delusions, but you are the Panthers "fan" in a thread after a huge win literally minimizing the performance of a player because of the ranking of the defense in which he played against. Do you realize how flat out stupid that is? That's the kind of terrible argument made by rival trolls with an agenda.

I don't disagree, but at this point he is what he is. It's a mental thing similar to KB dropping easy ones and making the circus catches, and it probably won't change in the future.
