Our best chance to improve receiver play (No trades included)

I wanted to make a quick thread observation before I left for work this morning, and I'll respond later.  Last night showed us Ted Ginn can't be depended on as being our most targeted receiver.  From what I can see, the only chance to get more consistent play from our wideouts, is to give Philly Brown more targets.  He has slowly become more consistent with his routes and hands.  Early on he got down the field for a possible touchdown, but the ball fell slightly out of his reach.  My eyes tell me right now, he should be our number one receiver going forward.  What say you?

I think Ginn showed us that week 1.....so we shouldn't now be acting surprised.
