When we had to use the timeout Cam had absolutely no awareness as to the play clock and was changing the play when the play clock was ticking down at like 3. Would've been a 5 yard penalty and brought up a difficult 2nd and 15 rather than the 2nd and 10 that we had. Every yard counts, especially in a game like that so extremely big that Ron got that timeout before we got a delay of game. Also very unlike Cam to not realize the time on the play clock. I didn't notice at the time but thinking about it now, the refs could've fuged up the play clock there like they did with the Colts earlier before changing it and giving them an extra 20 seconds (I believe in the 4th quarter). Nonetheless, a good catch to call the TO and save the penalty from a coach who's been berated here a lot about his use of timeouts and clock management. Wasn't sure if others noticed or not.
