Josh is eccentric, full of passion for the game, and smart. Refreshing combination when you add the fact that he's the best corner in the game. We just have to keep this guy.

Honestly, the more I see Josh in videos, the more I appreciate him.  I think he's an honest to God priority to get him signed long term.  Thinking about the leadership he has, his great production, and then the whole "culture" aspect of keeping your best players.  I think he's going to give the Panthers the opportunity to come up with their best offer.  He's earned our best dollar.  I hope he takes it.  I hope Gettleman sees the value in Josh's play and what he brings to the team.  I wouldn't be good for the team if you have a home grown guy be a significant part of the winning, and then you disrespectfully low ball him out of town.

He's got the leverage now, but hopefully he and Gettleman can come together on a good contract for Josh and the team.  Maybe it's just rose colored glasses right now, but Josh really means a lot to this team.
