Hey, all of their gear was in clear plastic bags, and that's all those $10/hour yellow windbreaker security people look for- make sure it's clear plastic. And carbon fiber carabiners are readily available.

Did they also arrest the couple hundred people who sat their and did nothing while these 2 were hooking up all their ropes and gear to the rails? I got a kick out of how all this went down and hundreds of people within a section or so of them did absolutely nothing.

Waiting for the gun rights advocates to tell us how they would have shot both of them if they only allow weapons into the stadium.

Shooting fish in a bucket is no fun.

Now if they'd only broken loose and tried to run? Well then, let the games begin...

a bunch of dudes snuck into an nfl stadium and repelled from the rafters

or they got in the night before and stuck it out like in inside man which is even cooler

and no one ever protesting gun control or planned parenthood would need to do that because those people are cowards who have their own news channel to do it.

Hypocrite sez wut?

oh man you guys ruined my experience im gonna go poison my ground water just to SHOW YOU

I'll put it this way, some guy pulls a stunt like this and ends up falling and injuring my family sitting in the section beneath him.......he better hope the fall renders him in a state of shock because he will get no mercy from me when I exercise my rights on his dumb ass before security pulls me off him.

I'm actually a very non violent type of person but I have no patience for idiots who injure or enadager my family.

There is 100 ways to picket or protest outside the BOA corporate HQ or even outside the stadium without putting themselves or other fans at risk.

that whole thing smells of a publicity stunt. theres no way all that gear gets inside the stadium through security, theres no way the security in front of every section doesnt see someone rigging it up and climbing over the rail. this was preplanned.

It had to be Pre-Planned... who in their right mind would just let someone start to respell in front of them? I would have a guess the seats in front of the protestors was prolly in on the sceme.

Look Electro.. I get your point I really do.. Fracking is Bad Yada Yada.. I am NOT knocking your idea... However, Due you really think it was worth  that endangerment of other people and breaking the law.

You people suggesting they should've protested outside the stadium are idiots. THE WHOLE ENTIRE POINT OF THE PROTEST was to have as many people see them as possible. ESPN and WSOC put them on TV during the game, and all reporters there took photos of the banner and plastered it across social media. Much more people know about BoA's evil ways now than would if they simply passed out flyers.

And again, this wasn't dangerous. They apparently knew what they were doing, since neither one of the rappellers actually fell off

Yeah, infallible logic right there.

They know more about rappelling than you do about the dangers of rappelling but don't let that stop you from grabbing some rope and jumping off something really really high.  If we are lucky, you'll get lots of publicity soon afterward.

protest didn't work. because i have no idea what it was about. so no the protest didn't work, much like occupy wallstreet. but you go ahead and and protest everything and watch nothing get done. Gotta focus and have it in the right forum and a football game is not the right forum.
