WTH?

Jesus man!

It has been decided, slow roasted eye round roast, sliced and made into french dips.

Along with an onion/horseradish spread.

Mainly because I needed to figure out how to eat something with horse/colt/pussy in it.

What. I have to make sure I rotate the 8 restaurants I have in my hometown for Dinner. Cant have the same thing Everyday.

Do you own a stove?

of Course, Brand New Stove, Microwave,  Dish Washer, Fridge it came with the house. Do I know how to cook? No.

Cooking waste a lot of energy and time, if I got home to cook, I wouldn't eat until almost 9 every night.

$20 Bucks feeds my Fiance, Me and Son. I eat at the Cafeteria at work for lunch.

Is it cheaper to cook at home? Maybe but then you have dishes to wash, power bill goes up using for resources, pay for soap, pots and pans, food goes bad in the fridge etc.

Man, I'm not trying to pick on you, but eating that much restaurant/fast food is really really bad for you...not to mention your kid.

Not only is home cooked better for you, it's just plain better.

You don't have to spend a ton of time on it, or be Alton Brown, just start with the basics and work your way up.

That would actually be a good place for him to start.  Not only can you make good food, you learn the science behind the dishes so you can branch out.

Also for those who may not have heard about it, check out the mag Cooks Illustrated.
