Ok i want to ask something so dont kill me if you dont like it just dont say anything.If you were john fox would you make the whole team watch superbowl 38 just to make them feel that pain to show how close that got to winning it and let them remember what there out there for.

I know alot of the guys on the team now was not there for that game but we still have a few guys left that are big parts of this team now.

I don't think that would accomplish anything.

You don't need to show the Yankees games of the 2003 World Series for them to understand what it all means.

If someone doesn't know what they're out there for, they probably won't have a job for too long.

No i'd rather they watch the nfc championship game from that year. Trying to motivate a large group of guys with ego's is not as easy as it sounds. But i prefer to get them jacked up with good memories instead of crapped out by bad ones

There are only a handful of guys on the team that played in that Super Bowl. I'm willing to bet they remember very well how it felt to lose by so small a margin.

As for the vast majority of the team that didn't play in that game, how are they expected to empathize with or atone for a game they had nothing to do with?

I'm sure they've watched their abysmal performance in the Ravens game enough in the past two weeks. That should be motivation enough. The tackling in that game was embarassing.

Yeah, they got embarassed in that Arizona game - if that's not enough motivation then I don't know what is.
