I was going to wait and get in on DVD or something but I'm pretty excited about this now. Evil Dead was one of (if not the first, might have been Porkys) the first R rated movies I got into "without adult supervision" even though I didnt turn 17 until that June (this was April? March?) and it was unlike anything I'd ever seen, scary, funny, smart, dumb...low budget most certainly but that's one of the things that made it so good

Damn, what a terrible show. I'm surprised it's not on the CW it's so bad. Didn't even finish the show.

Are you a fan of all three movies? Reason I ask is because it was pretty much just like the movies just 30 minutes.

Yes, I am. The bad acting  hokey humor the bad special effects. Yeah, it was the same, but felt old and forced.

I will give it love because of Bruce Campbell. I smiled a lot. Didn't laugh much, but I thought it was a worthy tribute.

I just hope they didn't blow their entire load on the first episode. I don't know how much "staying power" this can have, even with "The Chin" at the helm.
