One of my all time favorite games...it is so god damn addicting. As for how to play you need to read the manual...too many things to talk about on a message board.

I'm a fan of the Civ series, the only way to really learn to play is play

Even the manual won't teach you all the litte nuances.

Civ 4 came out in like 2005 or something.

But if even if you've played Civ 3 it's kind of a big change. But it's srsly not that hard. JUST fug AROUND UNTIL YOU FIGURE IT OUT.

Look for the best advancements like ones that give you a free technology

Oh and I usually try to found as many religions as possible but don't pick one. Will make you good money later

i dont play it too much but it is very complex - and because of that i sux at it
