The emphasis this year seems to be Team. Besides the motto, "Keep Pounding", it's been evident that this team will not quit. They have become a more well rounded team and it shows. Cam Newton threw 3 interceptions this past Sunday. If you remember the past, whenever Cam threw 2 or more, this team would lose. 

Now it seems the light has come on and Cam doesn't need to share the load all by himself. The team has finally woken up.

It would be an odd twist were Carolina to finish, say, 12-4 and wind up in the same spot that the 7-8-1 team did last year, as a wild card.
