Anyone have to get their 360 repaired recently?

If so, how long did it take for MS to send it (or a refurb'd one) back to you. I originally got my 360 at launch and it lasted about 5 months, I sent it in and got a new one about 2 weeks later. I've had that one for about 3.5 years and it just died.

I figure their repair/replacement procedures have probably changed in the 3.5 years since i sent the first one in. BTW, I did not have RROD. I had the display issue where it powers up just fine and the sound works but it will never display an image (2nd most common 360 failure).

Buy your 360 at Sams Club. Lifetime return per their policy. I just returned my 3rd crapped out 360 this week for the new Fall 360. I get a refund for $499 plus tax and buy a new one for $299 plus tax.

I always buy the new one first so that I can switch harddrives.
