According to Joseph Person of the Charlotte Observer, the league fined Chancellor $23,152 for spearing Panthers center Ryan Kalil.

The NFL should implement the NCAA rule for blatant hits. In college you can called for targeting that comes with an automatic ejection.

i sparred with TKD guys for years where solar plexus kicks were money... there's nothing in the world like that empty chest cavity. ugh
