Are the Eagles 3rd best team in the NFL

Saw it discussed on first take this morning.  Herm edwards pretty much said the numbers are bullshit.....least he got that right.

I saw that also he said "It didn't pass the eye test. He then went on to pick Eagles to win, which is fine if that's he believes. It's not like he used to play for the Iggles or anything.

What worries me more than Herm picking Philly is that Stephen A and Skip picked Carolina.

They did pick us but were reluctant to do so due to the fact went cant score points.  Obviously they missed the four 80 yard td drives on seattle last week?  Idk i only watch the show cause im recovering from surgery and steven a smith is so dumb its halarious.  

Also,  herm is a jackass.  I like it when jeff saturday is on the show, he does a good job of putting those idiots in their places.

Let's be realistic, the Iggles are a better team than their record indicates. Good coach, good scheme, good players and they might just be putting those things together in the right way now.

Are they better than us? Let's be realistic again. There is no way in Hell that they are the better team right now.

When your calculations put something out there that says there are 29 teams in the league that the Eagles are better than, based upon this year's performance alone, then you really need to go back and check that formula for errors. Big, glaring, can't be missed by an Algebra II student, errors.

I agree with you, Philly is a better than their record indicates.  The have alot talent that is underperforming right now. I just do not believe they are the third best team in the league right now no matter what twisted metrics you try to apply.

They obviously must have also missed that we are 6th in the league in PPG (27.0), but of course they don't bother to bring that up since it doesn't fit there narrative. People can keep underestimating our offense if they want.
