NO@Carolina 2013

it was a down pour and a defensive slugfest.  It seemed the more it rained the louder the fans became.  And not to mention a late game winning drive from cam to take the division.  Got to witness with my brother too which added to the fun.  It was nuts I won't ever forget it.

I'll throw out at Cincinnati in 2014. When that kicker missed the FG, we went nuts. Fans were yelling at us, so my brother turned around and gave them the choke sign. It might have been a neutral outcome, but it felt like a victory.

Been to some great games, but I think thsese are my top 3:

vs. Dallas Cowboys 2003 Super Bowl Year

at. San Diego in 2008 when Dante Rosario caught the winning touchdown

vs. New England on MNF - one of the best atmospheres in our stadium ever

1.  New Orleans 2013 in the rain

2.  At Atlanta last year.  Complete blowout to win the division and then a bus ride home with a lot of happy panther fans.

3.  Home vs San Fran in 1996.  So exciting that year for me.

Honorable mention because getting to 3 was too hard

At San Fran in 2013 and then home vs new england.

Playoff wins vs dallas in 1996 and 2003.

Tampa Bay at night in 2008 too was unforgettable.

those were great games....I have to thank my wife for both.

she got me lower levels for the SB from the company she worked for...they were a bug sponsor.  

She bought me a package trip to Chicago the next year.  

Sucked that we lost the next game in Seattle.  But, my buddy that went with me to the SB knew the vp of promotions at BOA and I got my wife and three brothers free lower level SB tix that year for them to go see the Steelers beat Seattle.  Paid my debt off to her in full...and her brothers love me for it.

I experienced the Bears game at a bar in Missoula, MT.  I need to point out that I was the only Cats fan in the entire bar.  I was threatened as I walked out at game's end and absolutely did not care.  You damn well better believe I was wearing my 89 jersey and couldn't be on a higher cloud 9. 

The Super Bowl...well, at least I saw it in the comfort of my own home.  That whole season was so strange, otherworldly, almost esoteric.  We're in the Super Bowl?  That just doesn't happen.

I sure the hell hope this is the year.

Jax game to start that magical run for the Super Bowl.

Dallas playoff game.

For some reason the Saints monsoon Ricky Williams walk off td stands out because it was so odd.

And maybe throw in a Falcons game were i was ejected and i was NOT in my seat when it happened. Buddy i was with did and i was getting a beer and come back and as the people around me are telling me what happened here comes the cops and security. I was able to come back.

My top three

Ot win against Peyton manning and the Colts in Indy in 03 proved we were a legit undefeated team that year.

 

Home playoff win against Dallas in 03 I guess technically 04.  The stadium literally rocked so much I was worried the upper level was coming down.

 

Those two are miles ahead of the rest so I'll go with 08 mnf against the bucs. Completely demolishing them and taking hold of the division.

 

Tied for fourth all the games a friend in security let me sneak into pre Jake delhomme.

1997 vs the Raiders   38-14   my first game ever....Collins, Walls, Kasay ( career long FG that day)  a drubbing !!!!!

2011 vs the Jaguars  The rain game and Cam's first win!  (3rd game attended)

2011 vs Saints    The steve smith fight game.......we lost right at the end.......but its better than the other 3 games I attended  even though one was a win ( cards 10' Clausen....ew)

I was face painted...blue hair...completely decked out in panthers gear.  Was threatened with bodily harm numerous times during the game.  Ran into a photographer from Charlorte before the game and he took my picture...I was on the 2nd page of the Sports Page for the Observer the next morning.
