Panthers Revenge Tour Week 7 (Eagles)

So I was trying to think about last year's game and why I should feel confident about this year's matchup.

The answers I come up with are the same as the rest of the games this year:

OL- Cam got sacked 9 times in last year's game. (You read that correctly. 9.) That's not going to happen this year

Secondary-much improved over the Cason/White days

Yeah, getting back to the game. This game is just as big as the Seattle game. Bigger even. A real trap game. We have to be on, 100%.

32-18 Panthers

I don't think we have any "trap games" this season.  There's just something different about this year's team.  I don't see that group looking past anyone.  The player's demeanor is not like it used to be.

Plus, all Ron is going to do, is keep showing them the clips, and final score from last season... where we got completely embarrassed in front of the whole nation.

Exactly.  He said yesterday he's gonna keep reminding them of last year's score!

Week Six Power Rankings:

Bleacher Report has the Panthers at #4

NFL has the Panthers at #4

Yahoo Sports has the Panthers at #5

SB Nation has the Panthers at #4

ESPN rankings aren't out yet

A lot of backpeddaling this week from the "experts"..We got the Eagles this Sunday..all we have to do is continue what we have been doing so far and thats playing team ball, we will be 6-0.

I don't want to call that stretch irrelevant, but we even got blown out by the Vikings. Way too many distractions going on at that time

That eagles team at that time is NOT the same Eagles we face Sunday night. I saw that comment about Wilson from Eagles fans, we have issues with Wilson cause he can move and throw. Bradford will be stuck in cement in that pocket. The best way for the D to counter Eagles offense pace is have Cam practice with the no huddle

Serious question here for a second:

What personnel did we have last year when we faced them on Defense vs. this year?

From what I can remember they threw all over us with Cason and White as the DBs and Bene was injured as well as having Harper and DeCoud back there?
