This morning on First Take

If anyone has the ability to post the link to the forum it would be awesome. I usually don't go in to work until 11am but unfortunately I had to come in at 8am today. Really wanted to watch the Panther/Seahawk segment. I can watch it at work if someone finds it.  Thanks in advance. KEEP POUNDING

no need to watch it. Basically the seahawks arn't the same team, something about how they lossed the superbowl is having a negative affect, and that last play was blown coverage.  Good game for cam. But 95 percent of the segment was about what is wrong with Seattle.

First Take is the most trash sports show on television.  I don't even dislike Stephen A. Smith and Skip Bayless, but it sucks.  Stephen A routinely makes ignorant statements and Bayless always sounds stupid.  I like him when he's blatantly trolling, but when he's not and becomes clear he actually believes what he says, it's pathetic.

That is just a segment on the Seahawks, with empty platitudes for the Panthers.

The Seahawks are fine.  They have had a tough schedule and lost close games.  They will be in the mix at the end of the year
