The best is made by username AndrewSteff24. I downloaded 6 roster files from the month of October and his was the most accurate for the Panthers.

Only players missing for him were Marlowe, who you just have to pick up from FA, and Wegher. Nobody has Wegher for some reason. 

I also emailed Andrew and he says he updates 2-3 times a week.

Another good file and probably even better than Andrew is a roster made by username Davidday33. He has a better rating for Delaire. Although both Delaire and Allen are listed as OLB. You'll have to change their positions.

I'm not sure which file would be the best out of the two. With David's you might get a slightly better rating overall for your players, but they are out of position. If Allen and Delaire are out of position, how many other players are on other teams? David's description does say he constantly updates though

Thinking about uploading my own for Panther fans using one of the two files from above, most likely Andrew's, and tweaking Oher and Delaire while adding Wegher and more accurate equipment.
