Why should we be caving into the league's bullsh*t? Goodell stole $13.5M in cap space from us. We should've either gotten that back or had Hardy. And I don't care about not having Hardy now, but if we had him in the playoffs against Seattle we would've won. And we should've had him because he was under contract with us.

Blames the Commissioner and not the guy who intimidated, threatened and hit a woman. Not to mention that the guy continues to be a moron.

Did you see him do any of that?

For sake of discussion though we'll assume that he did. Doesn't change the fact that Goodell punished the Panthers instead of Hardy just to get him out of the news temporarily while his case was settled in court. The precedent set before last year was let the legal process play itself out and then handout league punishment in the form of suspension or fine. Not by forcing the team to pay a player not to play. Goodell and the NFL was completely fine with him playing while the legal process played itself out as shown by Hardy playing week 1 but then the media sh*tstorm arose with the Rice video coming out and Goodell chose to make the Panthers the victim. How you don't see that as complete bullsh*t is beyond me.

Agree to disagree. I think he chose to punish Hardy and the effects to the Panthers were collateral damage.
