Great little segment I found over at CBS sports, Rivera talks about the team, football, and of course, life. 

 

One aspect I love about Rivera is that he's very frank. When asked what part or unit of the team needs to step up. He didn't hesitate and say the WR corp. More than anything they need to step up and make plays as a unit. He's rather have 4-5 guys with 2 catches or more than one guy with 7 and the rest are spread out.

Awesome interview with Ron.  Great questions, and real honesty from Ron.  Love it.  I appreciate understanding more about his family life too... never knew that his wife Stepanie was a basketball coach.
