I know it is breast cancer awareness month, but this topic is to remind you guys to check your berries. 

Went to the doc today due to some pain in one of them. All is well, nothing serious, but was a good reminder. 

Check your nuts, your balls, your bollocks, your berries, your orbs, your fruit n veg. Testicular cancer is one of the more common cancers for the demographics of the huddle.

As a skin cancer (08) survivor, which I hate saying because my cancer has been pretty good), check your moles and freckles. It's easy to get sunburned and forget about it. 

If they grow, get them cut off! Skin cancer can mess you up! Especially melanoma like I have.

And a FYI to all you young huddlers; ball cancer is one of the few cancers more prevailent in younger patients versus older. The risk factor is highest in men in their 20. Feel your balls, bros.

Fun Fact, the best way to check it is to have him use his tongue. The human tongue is far more sensitive than hands and will be able to detect even the slightest inconsistencies!
