In my opinion, this would be the easiest path to the NFC championship game.. I will take this scenario over a playoff bye and a harder team.. Keep that December momentum rolling right into WC weekend against the Giants, I think we would then beat the Falcons in round 2 and then off to the title game where anything can happen.

Yeah, whatever.. Minnesota will not be where that projection has them.  If we're a wild card then Atlanta/Green Bay are likely #1, #2, Arizona/Seattle #3, Giants/Cowboys/Eagles #4 (who knows with the East), and then Arizona/Seattle/Carolina #5 & #6.

I think those are the actual most likely scenarios.  

So WC round would be either at Arizona, Seattle, Giants, Cowboys or Eagles, add Atlanta and Green Bay to that for divisional and beyond unless somehow we were #5 and #6 survived to the NFCCG.

vs.

#1 or #2 don't play WC weekend at all.

Divisional you likely host Arizona/Seattle/Atlanta since the East is likely to be bounced in the WC round.

Yeah I'll take the #1 or #2 seed and a bye thank you very much.
