Not sure about Rick and the RV, but I am pretty sure it is him that Morgan heard at the end of this week's episode, and who Deanna heard in next week's preview. He'll make it back somehow in this week's show.

Carol didn't want to show her hand until she had to with these people. She's adopted the mindset long ago that everyone not in their group are either untrustworthy, or lost children. Her "wolf in sheep's clothing" was a survival tactic.

I think that the Terminus folks were marking the trees. I'm not 100% sure they claimed all the tree markings we've seen (2), but Garreth did say that they were marking trees.

You have to figure Rick get's out someway from that situation...  But he's going to come with 1,000 zombies on a depleted town with busted walls...this is going to get ugly.

Yeah, I think that is right about the Terminus people.  I mean, they needed people to eat...

I still don't get the wolves.  If all they do is live for violence, how are they still alive?  At this point in the show, people who are still alive have a better purpose, I would think all the nihilistic folks would have killed themselves already.  What is keeping them going?

I hope Rick jumped out of the RV and hauled ass...no way he could get out of that fighting them or even hopping on top of it

Not sure why Carol was playing the innocent housewife..

So, are the wolves the ones that were marking the trees? I'm still a little lost on those guys...I'm guessing Morgan was part of them seeing as that dude recognized him??

The guy Morgan has locked up recognized him because he tried to kill Morgan in the season 5 finale.

Is it bad that I was more upset about this than any death since Hershel?

Nah, it's about the innocence.  I mean, the goat was just being a goat, eathing grass, making milk.  Just chillin' compared to Eastman's 47 day starvation/murder and Morgan "clearing" the whole world.  The goat was the most "right" character we've seen!

That's it TWD needs more pets!  We can't get humanity from our humans, lets get it from the animals!

That wolf crept up on Morgan while he was chillin by himself at the campfire in Season 5. Morgan offered him some food to go in peace, and he said no I want every single thing that you have, all of it, and then I'm going to kill you. Morgan did the Donatello thing to him with his zen stick and left. That's why in the beginning of this episode Morgan said "you say you want everything I have, well here it is" and told him his whole story.

Yeah, honestly, i was not looking forward to this last episode because i could tell by Glen's alleged death and Rick getting trapped at the end of that episode thst they were going to do one of those episodes completely away from Geln and Rick's particulars...  then they showed the preview about Morgan and i thought it was going to be over explained...  turned out to be an excellent episode, but they all do, imo.  It just ended up being better than i expected.

A couple of points from the recent developments that i haven't discussed here yet because i hadnt posted in the thread in awhile:

1) my initial thought was we were going to see Glen dead as a walker, or he escaped.  Because the writing is always so good, i figured there was no way they would let Glen make it out of that.  Plus, i told my wife since the end of last season that i felt like they were gonna take Glen out.  But, after marinating on the episode for awhile after, i have a feeling that the walkers jumped on Nicholas, and not Glen.  Glen will use that flare gun in some way or just Nicholas' corpse as camo basically and keep laying there while the walkers go to town on it, and then miraculously escape.  I have started to wonder if they'll allow him to live, but he gets bit and then makes his way to Maggie to say goodbye before dying.

2) I didn't read the comics, but ive read the synopsis to where they're currently at, and

im aware rick loses his hand, but idk how that happened in the comics.  What i do know is kirkman basically said he regretted having the protagonist lose his hand because it was hard to write for him.  So, for that reason, and because it is so much further along in the show now than when he lost his hand in the comic, i did not think they would bring that into play.  But, im thinking they're going to make him lose it.

I don't think Glenn is dead.

My fear is that Walking Dead made a HUGE mistake in this "fake out".  I think I get why the did it but I think that is a mistake. I personally believe the fact comic readers know certain things played a hand in it all and influenced it.   IMO the only way Glenn should be able to escape alive is to pull a Zach Morris TV timeout...I just don't see how we can't be disappointed in whatever why attempt to pull it off.

I'm with you CRA, I HATE wonky, unbelievable escapes like this would take, but honestly, I'm willing to settle for it in this case because Glen is possibly my favorite supporting character.

I understand everything for what it is, and the reality is, NO ONE IS SAFE in this world they live in.  My wife and I even discussed one day whether it was possible that they couod eventually kill off Rick and actually develop and then focus on a new main character...  which is ridiculous, but realistic in their world.  But, I just dont like the way they handled his situation, as i suspected he was next on the chopping block for awhile now...  and then that they allowed him to be led into that crap, without anyone else from the main group, by the dude that has already shown himself to be weak and tried to kill him last season lol...  It just didn't sit well with me.

I do not know how I will feel when the inevitable Glenn garbage escape happens, but ever since I heard all this about how he is still alive it has severely damaged how much I am looking forward to upcoming episodes.

My parents have talked to me about how awful Dallas did the audience with the whole Bobby Ewing taking a shower thing.  I really hope this is not my generation's version.
