Have We Really Beaten Anyone?

All I know is that in years past we would have lost to one or more of these teams. We often played up or down to our competition. This year we are winning the games we should. So far this is awesome and we are enjoying the best start of the Rivera era.

Here's my point, it's not who we beat, but what we beat them with.  Name me one other 4-0 team that lost their top receiver, best defensive lineman, and best defensive player (and arguably best defensive player in the NFL).  No one in the NFL has weathered injuries as well as we have and that is a fact.  If we're a 4-0 team with these injuries, my guess is when we're healthy we're a pretty damn good team.

He didn't need to read it. You made the same thread that has been made about 50 times in the last week. We haven't beaten a single team with a winning record. Neither has Atlanta, Green Bay, New England, Cincy, or Denver. Get over it

We've beaten everyone they've scheduled us to play so far. This is the NFL, not the WWE ... we can't just sneak attack the Patriots on their practice field and go four quarters on them.

 

That would be pretty wild if you got one surprise game a year... Danged Patriots would bring in a folding metal chair every time, though.

Yes. We've beat 4 teams. Any "Win" in the NFL should be big, albeit, regardless of record.
