So here we go, time to get ready for Seattle. Will we finally get the win?

While we sit and watch while getting healthy, The Seahawks have to play the Lions tomorrow night, and then they have to travel to of all places "On to Cincinnati".

We will be well rested going into a beat up football teams house. We damned sure better beat them!

Maybe I'm buying into the hype of the names on the jerseys and the venue but I still don't see it this year.

They still have their playmakers and the system is in place and the depth is still there.

With KB out and Funchess being more of a project we have virtually the same talent level catching the ball as last year.

Our lines are decent but take weeks to get up to speed. Same with the run game in general.

And the coup de gras, I don't trust either McDermott or Shula to go for the jugular if we happen to get a big lead. For whatever reason we like keeping games closer than they should be.

Maybe next year. Or the playoffs.

Honestly at this point Luke is a big wild card. Will he be back? If so, will he have any cobwebs to shake it out? He pretty much only played one half of football all season. Then there is the "playing scared" factor. This is no knock on Luke whatsoever, after the hit he took, you have to imagine he might 2nd guess or overthink how hard he should tackle or hit someone..

So many known unknowns with Luke right now.. Honestly, (I know you probably be thinking, oh boy, here it comes) but with Lynch being banged up, I say let Luke sit this one out as well.

Will we beat Seattle? Only if they have a 3-2 record going into our game. If they don't, then they're "not a good team anymore" and the Panthers having more points at the end of the game means that Seattle is crumbling instead of Carolina being an elite NFC team. Seattle will have beaten themselves. And that's just from the whiners on the Huddle. Imagine the media.

This is what worries me the most.  There's a guy on my Gamecocks team named Chaz Elder.  4* player out of high school, played awesome as a true freshman, but ended up with a concussion late in his freshman year, and has never been the same since.  Half the time he doesn't even play.  Sucks!

Of course, everyone is different.  Just hoping that doesn't happen with Luke.
