Don't say injuries, trust it's deeper than Luke

I don't know how you can say missing Luke isnt a huge deal. He is the leader of the defense and the best player on the defense. He just became the highest paid MLB for a reason.

The defense has been playing lights out this year other than a lack of pass rush, which can be partially attributed to a lot of injuries.

Our defense hasn't had all 11 expected starters so far this season. And we still have 10 takeaways through 4 games.

yep. Plus the defense has been good when it has been close. Truth is that many of the yards and even points were when we were sitting on a lead playing zone.

I've been amazed over the past few weeks how you guys underestimate how important Luke is to what we do. "Not just Luke", yes just Luke. Once we get him back, we'll be the best in the league yet again. And we've been incredibly solid, a turnover-producing machine even without him.
