As for the ASJ comment, I completely own that. Should never happen

Nor should getting our record wrong. It's a small thing that speaks to attention to detail...which when you think about it...is basically what you're trying to sell us. Your Football attention to detail analysis that we can't do ourselves. Getting our record wrong and the other things O-ther pointed out speak to credibility. Hard to earn. Easy to lose.

We've always done old logos are always done in Week 4 in our videos. You think I'd all of a sudden just not use the updated logo I've used since it was updated?

Yeah I loved the old logo thing, it was obviously not a mistake considering you also used the Bucs old logo.

But the Panthers are 3-0, not 2-1.

Your videos are great and I'll watch them every week, but this one wasn't too good. It happens.

Nah I can't agree w/that assessment....you see major networks w/staffs over 2,000 people working on an NFL segment f-up basic ish, like I did with the record. Hard earned credibility is not 'lose-able' on an 8-min video on a Thursday. That means I never had the 'credibility' in that person's eye. The difference is that I'm not on TV or a major satellite radio station. If I were, the benefit of the doubt would be given...nevermind that the content is really what I'm 'selling'. There's no excuse for the f-ups, but for a virtually one-man, one-camera, one-editing outfit, I'll put FBGP up against anything major right now w/full confidence. You're definitely entitled to your opinion and assessment. it's appreciated and  It's all good though.

You need a hobby big dog

Em you gotta understand that this is a fanbase that is sick and tired of everybody always thinking the Panthers are down and out before the season begins.  Our quarterback is also one of the most unfairly loathed athletes in the world to boot.

When most people have bet on us to lose and we start off undefeated, yes we expect that to be highlighted.

You normally do great work and I have always been a fan.  I think you dropped the ball on this one.  It's ok, nobody is perfect.  Keep doing what you do.

Very fair and definitely appreciate that! Not perfect and you're right...small things like that can't happen

Just gotta say this..

Most people here on the Huddle don't give the major networks with over 2000 people working any credibility.

Mostly because they're constantly wrong about us and count us off without actually looking into us. Josh Norman is just now getting mentioned for his play when he was doing stuff like this all last season. And thats just one example.

So major network thing really isn't gonna help you here. If anything, we give more credibility to the smaller guys. As long as they check their work and aren't just saying what they hear on TV.

Hey Em,

I respect what you are doing, having a passion for what you love most, football. This is a fan forum and I can guarantee no one in here will give any other member credit for anything. I have seen some heckle  others for improper verbiage and spelling. I appreciate your hard work and effort given and there is always room for another panther fan! I know you must be unbiased but maybe you can show some love for those warriors in Black and Blue!

I was once a QB myself, and I appreciate sharing the formations and terminology I remember. It is always fun to assess teams attack and defensive formations and match ups. As we all know NFL football is all about getting the matchup you like best, to attack the opposition. Keep up the good work Sir, and the Panthers will earn their respect the hard way. We can be pencil whooped all day, and win on Sunday. I'm good with that!

you don't agree with my assessment that you getting basic facts wrong hurts your credibility? How's that?

I don't work in your business. You don't work in mine. But to quibble over the basic concept of attention to detail not contributing to credibility does not hold water.

I've never bothered to look at your stuff before but I gave you my time to look at it this time. When, in the first 2 minutes, I see glaring lack of attention to detail, the rest of the analysis sounds exactly like those outlets that know nothing about this team.

This isn't about a 2000 person staff. It's about you trying to sell me on my time investment listening to what you have to say...i.e..clicks which theoretically you would push for money from advertisers eventually.

I'm not hating on what you're doing. I'm simply pointing out that mistakes, especially unnecessary ones, cost you in clicks. You are constantly auditioning for more eyes. A lack of attention to detail will cost you clicks in the future.

Perhaps I'm oversensative to a lack of attention to detail because I'm in the military but I would think a burgeoning business model would welcome that critique and take it and improve.

The alternative is to argue on the Internet and lose potential viewers. Take hard lessons in training so major mistakes aren't made when bullets fly.
