Well, that's why I said "obviously I think we're better than the Falcons," not "I think we're obviously better than the Falcons." The "obviously" referred to my bias as a Panthers fan.

The twitter poll on their show was #MVP4Cam

Yes got 58%, so the public is getting the message

Exactly. Even if Skip/Stephen A are dumb, the point is that Cam and the Panthers are starting to get some respect from the media/public I think. Last time this happened was 2013, since most people discounted our playoff push last year.

The narrative is changing with Cam but it is still rooted in rumors, assumptions and lies. The growth that is often discussed is code for fake smile, towel head, stolen laptop nonsense that abounded when Cam came out.

Some talk about his growth as an actual QB but most are simply referring to the tired and lazy narrative that was always there.

That's the first thing Steven A discussed when starting the conversation. Said (Steven A's words) he'd do the same thing Cam did when Cam stuck up for his loved ones in college. Said the only knock he had on Cam was his perceived demeanor with the towel on his head. He praised Cam's progression and is legit in Cam's corner because he thinks we haven't helped Cam and Cam's balling out anyway. Did admit it was too early to judge Funchess and it was a freak accident that Benji had. Loves Olsen to death but wishes there was more.

Now I know where the Huddle gets it. J/K guyz. Last year was about getting under the cap and betting on Hardy. This year was about locking up the core guys. Handcuffs should come off next year.

Skip:  Panthers have to go 14-2 for Cam to be CONSIDERED in the MVP race.

If the Panthers went 14-2 with this crop of Offensive players there should be a new NFL logo with Cam a la Jerry West

it could happen. i doubt it. but it could... soft schedule after october remember? if we go 3-1 after our bye, look out NFL...

Cam has no chance to win the MVP award if he can only pass 200 yards, 2 TD and 1 INT every game. I mean, look at Rodgers' stats... Even if Cam could run 1 TD each week, I seriously doubt the possibility of winning the MVP award for Cam.

Yeah, I am a "Cam doubter".
