The way he jammed his head I thought it looked more like a cervical spine injury than a concussion.

That is not covered by the concussion protocol so we clearly know that not to be the case.

So keeping the conspiracy theories rolling, maybe Ron wants to get Luke on the field as soon as the docs clear him but DG wants to take it slow. Maybe that's what Ron is frustrated/bummed about. He feels like it's out of his control.

I've already got bashed for saying this but I'm starting to get the feeling that Luke got some kind of news from the doctor along the lines of how close he came to being paralyzed or knocked in a comma and Luke has a huge decision to make..

I would be crushed if this happened but we are seeing young players and veteran pro bowlers retiring early because of the concussion stuff.. 

Am I officially going on the record and predicting he's going to announce retirement?! Of course not, I will say though that I would not be completely shocked if it did end up happening, absloutley devastated but not suprised.
