The refs will call this game as close to perfect as they humanly can. A lot of eyes will be on them and they are going to be worried at showing any favoritism -- either for or against us.

And never ascribe to malice what is most likely just a screw up. Hochuli was probably just trying to make a joke and it didn't hit Cam very well. The idea that "the refs", as a whole, are out to get any team or player is juvenile. To think there is some kind of conspiracy against a team or player is, well, something that should be discussed only by people wearing tin foil hats.

Call me crazy, but I think we could very well be heavily penalized come Sunday. Cam called out a prominent Ref, and the Ref Association not surprisingly backed that ref.

Me personally, I'm preparing for every big play to get called back for holding or some other BS ghost call.

Yeah, one would think that because it may be expected, the refs might not be as bad on us to not look like it was some sort of payback. There's no telling.

Me personally, I'm prepared for a frustrating afternoon of football. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

I hope that my hypothesis proves to only be paranoia, but my fear is that I'm right, but I don't want to be.

 

Its not really even that far fetched since we seemingly get screwed by the refs anyways tbh

Maybe it has the reverse affect on the refs who do want to be in the spot light and get criticised for penalties.

I hope we win this game. I watched most of Winston's collegiate games and while he has good footwork in and out of the pocket, he is terrible at looking off defenders and telegraphs his passes. 

He throws a good catchable ball which gives or DBs more time to react and track the ball.

my over/under int thrown by Winston is 3, especially considering their line is nothing special and he has 1 dangerous downfield receiver and dink and dunking is only gonna be a practical approach if both TD and Luke miss the game due to injury.

I'll say this:  McCown performed amazingly.  He also had the support of Peyton who is an awesome offensive strategist.  Lovie knows defense only and Winston is a rook.  We got this.

Cam calling out the refs...actually puts more attention on them this week.  Any close call say on a roughing the passer not called will get the media turning it into a story...

lmao, we had 88 flagged yards and Saint's had not 1.  Lot of folks said a fla could be thrown on every play and that goes for both teams.   We been winning in spite of Reff's , been watching them stretch marking ball down and shrink them on us.  All 3 games almost as bad as the other. 

I might be a Homer but I know football and the bias exists and can't say its working for us!!
