Deon Sanders made his Superbowl picks last night on NFLN

NFLN had their 2 hour long season preview last night and Deon made his picks.

He had the Panthers playing the Steelers in the big game with the Steelers winning.

He said he was a huge fan of John Fox and felt that our D would find their own. He pointed out the usual suspects for greatness like Smith, Williams, Stewart etc. He felt that Cardinals Game Delhomme would not show up this year.

Anyway, thought some would like to hear that we are getting slurped by a few folks.

Everybody else on the show picked the Saints and Falcons to make the playoffs.

That's a bit interesting. Hope he's right up until is Super Bowl outcome. Doesn't matter what he says, but it's still surprising.

It is nice to get a little respect. Early into last season, I had a dream that the Panthers won the Super Bowl against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Jake Delhomme threw a touchdown pass to win the game with 0:16 seconds on the clock.

I thought it was a sign of things to come for last season, but maybe I'll see this prophecy fulfilled after all.
