No sign of Luke at practice possibly out until after the Bye

If he were to get cleared he'd be playing. The bye has nothing to do with it, nor does Tampa being an easier matchup than the 4 after the bye. Many keep bringing up that the coaching staff is holding him out or some nonsense like that, but that's just plain ridiculous. He hasn't been cleared yet by doctors. Coaching staff/management have absolutely nothing to do with it.

Didn't his first visit to the neurologist get delayed? I remember everyone wondering why he hadn't gone on schedule when the word from the coaches was positive. That sounds to me like they decided early to sit him until the bye and were no rush to get him cleared beforehand. I don't know the protocol though and if they would even have the power to do that

I can totally see them going that route for Luke's long-term health, and in that case having him cleared early would just cause controversy the minute we lose without him.

You bull shitting or what?

Just walked past the breakroom at work right as they began to talk about the Panthers and it's the first thing said... obviously no proof since it was live and I was passing through but I'm confident that is what they are at least reporting... doesn't make it true knowing them

Anyone else think the Allen trade could have been with Luke's absence in mind also? Maybe Ron knew Kuechly wasn't gonna be back. I mean true, there's only one more game until the bye, so surely he will be back after that. I know it didn't play a big percentage in the trade, but I'm just curious if they put that in their process.

TBH I'd be fine with him missing the Tampa game. We need him healthy for the four-game stretch after the bye. TD I'd be more concerned of. Normally he can spy mobile quarterbacks pretty well. If he's not out there, we have to have Shaq can. Given how they've played, though, I don't think we'd be terrible with AJ and Shaq at LB.

Yeah this is very worrisome. You guys may think we don't need him against Tampa but the reality of it all is that division games are the most important games we play every year so I'm not buying that they would just be resting him because they don't think we need him yet

I still blame whatever fuging guy said Kuechly was the next Dan Morgan a couple weeks ago.  I wish I remembered which poster it was to publicly shame him and/or inflict harm upon him.

I don't really feel like I'm going out on a limb here in saying that it was likely PanthersUnited.

Im more worried about his game condition when we play Seattle, I would have liked him to play minimum snaps against Tampa.
