I wouldn't be bothered at all if Nortman was cut...  so long as the other guy doesn't magically start shanking punts off he side of his foot in real-game action lol.

Nortman reminds me a lot of Ken Walter...  I just don't care, he doesn't really move the meter much.

But, I suspect it will be a move involving someone the fanbase generally loves, either IR'd or cut, but I can't imagine who.

I was just responding to those who were suggesting it could be related to the punter workouts from yesterday.

And honestly, do you think any specialist's job should be safe outside of maybe Gano?  We clearly still have issues with that facet of the game.  And as I pointed out in the thread about the workouts, it's entirely possible that Murphy's TD return was Nortman's fault.
