Video of the Cam no-call linked in this thread

Cam has flopped on several occasions and gotten calls against the other team.  Then, he has chuckled about it.  Not sure the refs like being shown up like that.  If they thought he was flopping again, then I think they could say anything in jest and there would be no issue.

It looks like his legs just buckle for no good reason.  I guess he might have gotten a call, but I sure would not complain about this one because he didn't

You are so predictable when it comes to Newton, lol.

It's a late hit and yes Brady, Brees, Manning, etc get those calls so fug Ed and his POS self.

People want to confuse devastating hit with personal fouls but that's not the case...just because the hit wasn't a snot bubbler doesn't mean it wasn't a penalty...they call "barely" holds all the fugin time and that was a late push and by the letter of the rule it should have been a flag.

If you want to defend Cam I'd be posting that link all over facebook or wherever and just stating that you think its a foul or whatever.

Going to go out of rule book, thats a penalty. Period, while Cam isn't protected by Rule 1 (pocket rules) he's still covered by the majority of others. This is a penalty under rule 2.

Even if a qb is out of the pocket, if he's fading backwards after a pass he gets protected again from roughing penalties. That is clearly a case of Cam fading away from the defender and the defender taking extra steps to initiate contact.

I fully agree.

What's annoying me is the people who say he flopped, so what? Brady flops and gets the calls. Manning just has to fall down like an old man and refs are all too happy to throw a yellow flag or two. It's like unless Cam is destroyed within an inch of life people think he's just flopping. Brady slides and gets grazed as he's sliding and the refs can't help but toss 3 yellow flags while Cam gets pushed down after several steps and gets nothing.
