If it came right down to brass tacks and this was the scenario, I would prefer to go with the LT. Not only because I tend to agree that if you can build dominating lines, it allows the team to operate. I also think that it is a very Panthers thing to have a LT that has a weakness in pass blocking, but we just hope with all our being that he gets better. We could play him at a strength instead of tolerating a weakness. This is the least likely thing to happen in the Panthers draft, and I would instead expect to say "Hello, Mykel!" -

There are always a couple. But even they probably knew he wasn't ready to play day 1.
