Still gotta play the games. I've seen crazier things happen.

It is a must we go 4-0 heading into the bye, because the schedule after that is pretty hard (not as brutal as it seemed before the season, but still hard). Hopefully the Panthers don't take either team lightly. I'm sure they won't though, they are still division games.

Even if we go 4-0 the doubters will find a reason to bitch.

Kill me now.

This is true. I've already seen media types on Twitter say we're the worst 2-0 team ever. Next week we'll be the worst 3-0 team, then the worst 4-0 team ever.

I'd definitely take 4-0 with people still giving us no respect than saying we're a dangerous 1-3 team.

I don't care if they trash our wins, as long as we get 'em. I worry about winning the 1st four and losing the next four. We need to beat the Eagles and Colts at least, and I don't care how ugly the wins are.

And we'll be the worst 19-0 team ever as well.

Just a friendly FYI...  the 2010 Panthers were up on the Saints 14-13 in the Superdome before the Saints hit a FG to go up 16-14.  We also still had a last ditch chance at that game too.

Crazy things can happen in football.  The Panthers have a significant talent advantage, and without Brees it becomes even more.  But the Saints were the defending SB Champs at home in 2010 and we still gave them a much better game than we should have based on the talent disparity.  It probably was the best game the Panthers (especially of defense) played all year in 2010.

The Saints are playing with home money this game, and their season is in the balance.  I think eventually we wear them down and the game isn't overly close, but I expect their defense to come out fired up and the offense to pull out all the stops.

It takes a lot more to win in the NFL then just being "fired up" sure they will be fired up but their D coordinator and schemes as well as personnel still suck.

We beat them in the dome last season by 30 pts when they still had both Brees and Graham, we have them at home outside in the "elements" of being outdoor where they already struggle with mightily oh and without both Brees and Graham.

Yes I get the whole "any given Sunday" or "no bad teams in the NFL." Talking points but we have to face reality here
